EF Discovery Tours

Check out Japanese cultural events, such as sumo wresting or kabuki theatre, go shopping in Tokyo and try adventurous foods. Your EF representative will arrange trips for you during your year in Japan.

Make the most of your time in Japan and explore the country together with other EF exchange students. During your student exchange you will have the opportunity to sign up for weekend trips or tours that last between 2-5 days.

Tokyo

This is your chance to witness the bright lights and fast pace of fashionable Tokyo, a city where deep traditions and cutting-edge modern life exist side by side. Go shopping in the famous Ginza district, home to Tokyo’s iconic department stores, then experience the calm and serene atmosphere of the Toukouji Temple. Visit the Shibuya district, where all the latest youth trends are born, and see a performance of kabuki theatre.
